Chocolate Cafes you must visit!

Welcome back dear readers. as we proceed further in the journey of getting to know more about Chocolates, I present to you places you must visit if you are a true chocolate fan!

Paul and Mike, Kemps Corner, Mumbai

Paul and Mike was set up in 2018 by Vikas Temani to create good quality chocolate indigenously. At the Mumbai ‘micro-café’, Chef Omkar Dabhane hands us a cacao pod to literally get a ‘feel’ of the concept. Dabhane, who is head of research & development as well as production, speaks with great passion about their farm-to-bar philosophy. 

Do three stools, 10 black-and-white photographs, and a countertop make a café? In space-starved South Mumbai, that is a yes. And that is just enough room for you to experience the offerings of one of India’s most successful craft chocolate brands. The shelves are chock full of Paul and Mike bars in 38 innovative variants in their distinct creative packaging, with two new flavours to be added every month.

1.Bombay Club, Chhatarpur

Blind Tasting of some chocolates at the Bombay Club in collaboration with Bon Fiction. They believe in the holistic concept of tree to bar, and do some excellent single origin chocolates. From Dark to flavored, all kinds of chocolates are served for tasting, not necessarily blind tasting but it actually helps you understand the intricacies of chocolate. 

The Chocolate Heaven, Vile Parle

The Chocolate Heaven is the brain child of two MBA grads, friends and fellow chocolate lovers- Sunil Patel and Sanjay Bambhaniya. A mix of hunger for excellence, passion for all things chocolate and astute business acumen has resulted in the  brand that is now synonymous best-in-class chocolate  products. It currently heads its business from Mumbai,  India and has spread its wings with 10+ outlets in different  cities and towns across India.

1.CocoCart and CocoCafe, Oshiwara

True to its name, this Pinteresty cafe is dedicated entirely to cacao and chocolates. This quaint dessert parlour is a part of Cococart's (a premium and luxury chocolate brand) first brick and mortar store in Mumbai. Brands including Godiva, M&Ms, Hershey's, Lindt, and many more are available here and so, this should be your one-stop-shop for all your chocolate and luxury gifting needs. Moving back to the cafe. Once you are done shopping, just next door is this café, where you can sit, relax and indulge in the yummiest desserts and small bites. Pastel pink walls, chic pendant lights and cutesy floral décor, this cafe if not just ideal for a dessert date but also for your feed! So, make sure you take good shots.

1.The Chocolate Room, Aurangabad

A world class Chocolate café chain, is fast growing profitable venture in the F&B retail sector with around 200+ cafes around the globe. With a USP of Hot Chocolates, there are more than chocolate in their menu like Choctails, Chocshakes, Chocizza, Chocolate Crepes, Chocolate fondues along with a great variety of delicious Mexican food. Besides that, they also have a special selection of Belgian Bon Bons.
